Replace windows with double glazing (one frosted, one normal)

Install plaster stud wall to conceal toilet / shower area and floor to ceiling glass wall and door for remainder of en-suite area

Install shower (electric shower with separate supply from water mains for shower) and tiling

Install extractor fan along with light / extractor fan pull cord outside shower

Install toilet & sink with cabinet underneath and lighting above

Install two razor points and mirror above sink area

Install tiling above sink

Install heated towel rail / radiator

Install main light

Install flooring  

Decorate

Remove existing tiling / shower and basin

Make good and replaster all walls and level floor.

Replaster walls and level floor

Rewire kitchen and Install new plug points

Install lighting

Install flooring (including sound proofing)

Install kitchen units (including relocating sink, dishwasher, oven and extractor fan, washing machine)

Decorate

Make good staircase and surrounding

Fit new lighting to staircase

Skim walls and decorate
